Private Client Solicitor – NQ to 3 Years PQE £38- 45K dep on PQE Location: Essex (with occasional travel to other offices)

Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE) to join their growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and well-regarded firm.

The Role You will manage your own caseload, covering all aspects of Private Client work including:

• Wills and Estate Administration
• Estate Planning and Trust Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Tax Planning
• Court of Protection matters
• Other related areas of Private Client law

Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will provide support to colleagues when needed and play an active role in business development. Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships is essential, as this is a highly client-facing area of law.

About You

• NQ to 3 years PQE in Private Client law
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Enthusiastic about business development and growing client contacts
• Flexible to work from other offices when required
