Eclectic Recruitment is proud to partner with a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Central London in their search for an experienced Private Wealth Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their growing Private Client team.

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on all aspects of wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts
• Manage a varied caseload including HNW individuals and business owners
• Provide expert legal advice with empathy and precision
• Support business development and client relationship activities
• Contribute to the firm’s continued growth and reputation in Private Wealth law

Requirements:

• 5+ years' PQE in private client law with strong technical expertise
• Solid knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts
• Experience in Court of Protection and deputyship work (desirable)
• STEP qualified or working towards accreditation
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercially astute with a proactive approach to legal practice
• Confident in networking and relationship-building
