This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse range of clients within the region. Within the role you will be required to:Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate planning, and trustsProvide tailored legal advice including on Deputyship applications to the Court of ProtectionBuild and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent client care and ensuring their needs are metAttend networking events to promote the firm's private client services and build relationships with potential clientsThe ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client practice and have strong knowledge and experience in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
