Private Client Solicitor 

A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive (3-5 PQE or equivalent) to join its respected Private Client team. The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate. This position is ideal for an established Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking the next step in their career within a highly regarded and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

    \n
  • Running and managing your own caseload of private client matters
\n
    \n
  • Handling all stages of work: taking initial instructions, Will drafting, preparing LPAs and administering estates
\n
    \n
  • Managing new client enquiries and delivering excellent client service
\n
    \n
  • Providing support to other members of the Probate team as required
\n

Additional Requirements

    \n
  • Flexible, proactive attitude, including ability to travel between nearby offices when needed
\n
    \n
  • Full UK driving licence
\n

Experience & Qualifications

    \n
  • 3-5 years PQE or equivalent relevant experience
\n
    \n
  • Current Practising Certificate or equivalent qualification
\n
