Private Client Senior Solicitor 
\nA growing private client team is seeking a senior solicitor/associate to join its Private Client team in Edinburgh. This is a chance to take on a varied, high-quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.

\n\n

The Role
\nYou will manage a broad range of private client matters, including tax and estate planning, asset protection, wills, powers of attorney, trusts and executry administration. There is also exposure to more complex succession planning work, supporting senior colleagues and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of files and managing your own caseload
    • \n\t
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
    • \n\t
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent client care
    • \n
\n\n

About You
\nYou will:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Have 4+ years’ PQE and strong experience in private client work
    • \n\t
  • Be confident in managing a varied caseload independently, with excellent client care and communication skills
    • \n\t
  • A STEP qualification would be advantageous, but is not essential
    • \n
\n\n
