Private Client Solicitor – 6+ Years PQE – Maidenhead / Hybrid

About the Firm
The client is a well-established, reputable law firm known for its high-quality Private Client services, including wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs, Court of Protection and probate. The firm has a strong client care ethos and offers a supportive and collaborative environment. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.
Candidate Requirements
- \n
- Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years PQE in Private Client law
- Strong technical ability in complex wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs and estate administration
- STEP qualification (or working towards it) desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage an independent caseload and develop client relationships
Key Responsibilities
- \n
- Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including HNW clients
- Advise on estate planning, tax and trust structures
- Draft wills, LPAs and handle probate matters with minimal supervision
- Develop and maintain client relationships and business development opportunities
Salary & Benefits

- Competitive salary in line with senior-level roles in the South East (circa £80k–£95k DOE)
- Discretionary bonus/profit share
- 25–28 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Pension scheme and professional development support (including STEP)
- Hybrid working: typically 2–3 days in the Maidenhead office, with the balance remote
