Senior Associate - Private Client (Rural Property) Vacancy Ref: 53575 DM This role is not eligible for UK Visa Sponsorship – the successful applicant will need to have a pre‑existing Right to Work in the UK in order to be offered an employment contract. We are looking for an experienced and client‑focused private client specialist who excels in delivering a high‑quality, tailored and supportive legal service, with strong technical expertise in Wills, Trusts, Tax and Probate and the ability to proactively manage a complex portfolio of rural clients. Responsibilities

Delivery of high‑quality, tailored legal services to a broad range of private clients. Proactive management of a complex client portfolio, anticipating client needs and applying specialist knowledge to responding to individual needs. Client‑focused and innovative mindset: bring a positive, proactive, solutions‑driven approach with a strong focus on client care and continuous improvement. Act with professionalism and integrity, share knowledge openly and support colleagues to create an inclusive working environment. Influencing and negotiation skills: negotiate, facilitate and influence stakeholders to achieve positive commercially aligned outcomes. Demonstrate cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, communicating constructively and showing high levels of empathy and professionalism. Technical and digital proficiency: computer and web literate, comfortable using digital tools and case management systems. Analytical and problem‑solving skills: exhibit excellent problem‑solving abilities with a methodical approach and strong attention to detail. Business development engagement: support marketing and business development initiatives, including networking, writing articles, attending events and delivering presentations.
