Private Client Locum Solicitor – 12 Month Assignment

Our client, an established, well-regarded law firm in London is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor to join their team for a 12-month maternity cover assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a supportive and experienced Private Client team, dealing with a steady and manageable caseload of Wills and Probate matters, with secretarial support provided and competitive rates available.

The workload will consist of:

• Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA’s)
• Estate Administration
• Obtaining Grants of Probate
• Managing and Distributing Estate Accounts

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: October 2025
• Location: London – excellent transport links
• Duration: 12 months (Maternity Cover)
• Caseload: Standard Private Client work (Wills and Probate)
• Case Management System: LEAP
• Parking: Residential parking available in the surrounding area
