The firm actively supports career development, including progression towards STEP accreditation. Key Responsibilities:
Caseload Management: Handle a broad range of private client matters, giving you autonomy and file ownership Client Advisory: Provide advice on wills, trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection matters, strengthening your technical expertise Estate Planning: Support clients with tax-efficient estate planning, enhancing your specialist knowledge Mentorship: Opportunity to support junior colleagues, developing your leadership skills Court of Protection Work: Assist with applications and ongoing administration, broadening your experience Business Development: Engage in networking and client development, building your professional profile
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor (3 PQE+, though flexible) Strong experience across wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection Ability to manage files independently Interest in working towards STEP accreditation Strong client care and communication skills
