Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive

What will you do? 

    \n
  • This is a broad private client role to include: 
  • Drafting tax and succession advice, trusts, wills and LPAs
  • Probate & estate administration 
  • Give advice to individuals, entrepreneurs, land owners, farmers & the independently wealthy (& their advisors) 
  • Often advise multiple generations of families 
  • Provide succession advice for those with businesses, including tax advice where appropriate
  • Be on hand to mentor and supervise more junior lawyers in the team  
  • Those with specialisms they want to continue will be welcomed

What will you need? 

    \n
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
  • Private client experience 
  • Ideally some exposure to high-net-worth clients (not essential) 
  • Ideally some managerial experience 
  • Candidates from smaller law firms WILL be considered 
\n
