An outstanding opportunity has arisen at a top-tier Legal 500 firm in Leeds, renowned for its Private Client & Charity practice. This is a rare chance for a Private Client Partner or Senior Solicitor (Legal Director/Senior Associate with partnership ambitions) to take a key leadership role in the ongoing expansion of a Tier 1 ranked Private Client team.

About the Role:

Join a dynamic and highly respected department and work closely with the head of department – a Legal 500 and Chambers "Leading Individual" – to shape strategy, grow the team and expand the firm's presence in Yorkshire's private client market. This role would suit an experienced Private Client Partner or a Senior Associate/Legal Director who is ready to step into partnership.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in complex, high-value private client work
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Strategic business development mindset with success in growing client bases
• Leadership experience, including mentoring junior lawyers
• STEP qualification desirable but not essential
• Ambition to establish a recognised presence in Leeds private client market
