Private Client Solicitor / FCILEx (2+ PQE) Location: Tunbridge Wells Contract: Full-time or Part-time Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (pro rata for part-time) Working pattern: Flexible working available We are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx (2+ PQE) to join a friendly and supportive Private Client team based in Tunbridge Wells. The Role You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
Wills and estate planning Trusts Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney
In addition, you will:
Provide clear, empathetic and practical legal advice to clients Manage billing and cashflow effectively Meet targets for time recording, billing and cost recovery Build and maintain strong client relationships Participate in marketing and networking activities to promote the firm's services Ensure compliance with Lexcel standards and regulatory obligations
About You
Solicitor or FCILEx with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client work Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset Positive, client-focused approach Strong organisational and communication skills
