Private Client Solicitor sought for a highly regarded high street practice in Essex.
The Opportunity
Spirehouse is working with a well-established and reputable high street practice based in Essex who are looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join friendly team.
This role offers a supportive and collaborative environment with long-standing clientele and opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities
Advising individuals and families on wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality, client-focused advice.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in private client matters
Experience in wills, probate, and estate administration
Good working knowledge of inheritance tax and trust principles
Experience of contentious probate would be advantageous but is no way essential
