This role is ideally suited to a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision and is looking to take on a key position within a supportive and growing team. The firm has a strong presence in the local market and a loyal client base, offering high-quality legal services across a broad range of private client matters. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an ambitious and capable individual to contribute to the ongoing success of the department. The Role:

Managing a varied and high-quality caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and trusts Handling files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision Providing clear, practical, and tailored legal advice to clients Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships Working closely with colleagues while also taking ownership of your own matters Playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the private client department Opportunity to get involved in networking and business development activities

The Candidate:

Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-6 years’ PQE in private client work Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently Excellent communication and client care skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail A proactive and ambitious approach, with a desire to progress long-term
