Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor: This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Wills & Probate team in Windsor. The role offers a salary of £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) plus company pension, discretionary bonus scheme, hybrid working, CPD support, parking facilities, and annual salary reviews.

\nPrivate Client Solicitor — Position Overview:

\nManage a diverse caseload of Wills, LPAs, and probate matters while offering trusted advice and guidance. You will also contribute to business development initiatives and advise on tax-related aspects of private client work.

\nKey Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor:

- Manage a full caseload including Wills, LPAs, and estate administration \n\t
- Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout their journey \n\t
- Advise on tax matters and ensure compliance with legal requirements \n\t
- Meet fee earning and caseload targets in line with departmental processes \n\t
- Contribute to business development through networking and marketing initiatives \n

Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor:

- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2+ years’ PQE \n\t
- Solid experience in non-contentious private client work \n\t
- Strong technical knowledge and case management skills \n\t
- Excellent client care and communication abilities \n\t
- Ability to manage risk and maintain compliance \n\t
- Interest and skills in business development \n
