Private Client Solicitor – Leeds

I am recruiting on behalf of a multi-office, well-established, full-service law firm based in Leeds. This is a friendly, approachable and professional firm committed to delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining a supportive and family-friendly culture. The firm is expanding and offers hybrid working, flexible arrangements and a strong focus on staff development.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join an experienced team. You will manage a varied caseload including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, probate administration and Court of Protection applications.

Responsibilities will include meeting and advising clients, drafting legal documents, liaising with third parties such as HMRC and HMCTS, preparing estate accounts, managing client expectations and updating case management systems. The team takes an active interest in training and development, ensuring you have supervision and support as you build your career.

About You:

• You will have 1-3 years PQE (though all levels are considered) and possess excellent client care skills
• You will be highly organised, able to work under pressure and demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills are essential and experience with case management systems is desirable
• You will be able to work effectively in a team while showing initiative, understand confidentiality and data protection requirements and ideally hold a full clean driving licence. Local candidates are preferred
