We are working with an elite international firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Private Client department within their London office.


The Role

The successful candidate will join a leading Private Client team, supporting a range of high-profile UK clients on their succession and tax planning. The candidate will provide practical and commercial legal advice on a range of both international and domestic private client-related matters, including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, and trusts and tax planning. Responsibilities also include liaising with third party providers and drafting and reviewing legal documents.


The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.


Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ years’ PQE;
  • Strong background in wills, trusts, and domestic and international succession and tax planning;
  • Strong academics;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to become involved in business development;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
