As a Private Client Solicitor, your day-to-day duties will include:-

Managing your own caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney and trusts. Advising clients on estate and tax planning, including inheritance tax and the creation and administration of trusts. Drafting legal documents such as wills, LPAs, and trust deeds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
