A rare and exciting leadership opportunity has arisen at a highly respected Legal 500 law firm in Huddersfield for a Private Client Solicitor at Partner level. This well-established firm has a strong Yorkshire reputation and is looking for a senior Private Client Lawyer to play a strategic role in its long-term succession planning.
About the Role:
Join an expanding Private Wealth team with responsibility for developing client relationships, mentoring junior fee earners and driving growth. This is a chance to influence the team’s future direction and establish yourself as a senior leader within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on complex private wealth and succession planning matters
- Draft and advise on wills, trusts, probate and lasting powers of attorney
- Provide commercial, tax-efficient advice on capital taxes and estate planning
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development
- Lead client engagement with high-net-worth individuals and business owners
About You:

- Senior Private Client Solicitor or Partner with substantial private wealth experience
- Expertise in trust-based estate planning, inheritance tax and high-value client work
- Proven client relationship management and business development skills
- Collaborative leadership style with mentoring ability
- Ambitious, commercially aware and focused on long-term career progression
