Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive - Wills, Trusts & Probate (2+ PQE)

The Role


You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, supporting clients through important life stages. The work includes:

  • Wills
  • Probate & Estate Administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Trusts
  • Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax

What They’re Looking For


  • 2+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Strong technical knowledge across private client work
  • A personable, empathetic approach with clients
  • A team player who enjoys being part of a growing department
