Job Description Private Client Solicitor – Supporting Vulnerable Clients

This role is for a solicitor who believes that private client work is about people, not just paperwork .
An established UK law firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to focus on matters involving vulnerable clients , including those who lack capacity or need additional protection.

The work you’ll do matters.
You’ll support individuals and families at some of the most difficult points in their lives — helping to protect wishes, dignity and financial security through statutory Wills, deputyship applications, Court of Protection matters and specialist trusts (including personal injury trusts).
You’ll work with care, sensitivity and clarity, ensuring clients and their families feel supported, heard and safe.

Manage your own specialist caseload with autonomy
Work collaboratively with colleagues who share the same values
Focus on quality, compassion and doing the right thing — not just billable hours

What we’re looking for:
Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE in Private Client
