A highly regarded and welcoming law firm in Chichester is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong focus on trusts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to specialise further in trust work within a supportive, flexible, and people-centric environment. The firm is open to part-time hours, typically 3 or 4 days per week, and offers hybrid working arrangements.

\nThe Role
\nYou will join a well-established Private Client team and handle a high-quality caseload centred on trusts, including:
\n

• Advising on the creation, management, and administration of trusts
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Handling complex trust matters and providing technical guidance to clients
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Working on related areas such as estate planning, inheritance tax, and high-net-worth estate structures
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Drafting trust documentation and overseeing compliance requirements
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Managing relationships with trustees, beneficiaries, financial advisers, and other professionals
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Contributing to the continued development of the Private Client team and supporting junior colleagues where appropriate
  \n\t 
\n

About You
\nThe ideal candidate will have:

• Solid experience in Private Client law with significant exposure to trust work (essential)
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex matters
  \n\t 
\n\t
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  \n\t 
\n\t
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  \n\t 
\n\t
• An interest in working part-time (3–4 days per week), though full-time may be considered depending on experience
  \n\t
