This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful and collaborative Private Client team in Stamford, working on high-value and complex matters.About the RoleYou will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including:Complex estate administration involving taxable estates, agricultural and business assetsSuccession planning, inheritance tax advice and mental capacity issuesDrafting deeds of variation, declarations of trust and other key legal documentsAdvising high-net-worth individuals, elderly and vulnerable clients and their familiesHandling Court of Protection matters and supporting clients with long-term care planningThis role offers exposure across the full spectrum of private client work, with opportunities to develop your expertise.
