Key Responsibilities:

* Advising clients on wills, powers of attorney, guardianships, and estate planning

* Managing executry and trust administration from start to finish

* Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning

* Building strong client relationships and providing clear, compassionate advice

* Supporting business development and contributing to the team’s ongoing growth

Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor in Scotland (NQ+ considered, ideally with 1–3 years’ PQE in Private Client work)
