Private Client Solicitor – Stafford

The Role:

You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, including:

• Wills
• Probate
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Court of Protection matters
• Estate administration

You'll join a supportive team of around seven, with the expectation of taking on managerial responsibilities and helping to grow and develop the department over time.

About You:

This role is ideal for a Private Client Solicitor with 6+ years PQE who is ready for the next major step in their career. You will have:

• Strong experience across all areas of Private Client law
• Enthusiasm to lead a team and develop a department
• Ambition to progress to Head of Department and Partnership
