Job Opportunity: Private Client Solicitor - 1+ PQE

Location: Stirling

Overview:

An established Stirling firm is looking to add a Private Client Solicitor to its team. The role involves a broad private client caseload and offers a supportive environment with scope to develop and progress.

Role Requirements:

- Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney

- Managing executries and trusts, including Confirmations, IHT forms and accounts

- Running files from instruction to completion

- Supporting Paralegals and Trainees

- Preparing documentation accurately and to deadlines

Experience:

- 1+ PQE in Private Client within a Scottish law firm

- Experience in wills, executries, trusts and estate administration

- Supervisory experience helpful but not essential

Skills:

- Clear and professional communication

- Organised and able to prioritise workload

- Good attention to detail

- Team-focused approach
