Job Description Private Client Solicitor/legal Executive, 1+ Years PQE, Devon, £(DOE) – As a valid member of the private client department, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to clients, while helping to drive business development and support the ongoing growth and training of the team. \nTHE ROLE:
\n• Lead on a broad caseload including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, estate administration, and tax planning.
\n• Advise clients on inheritance tax and trust/estate-related tax issues.
\n• Draft and review complex legal documentation.
\n• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
\n• Play an active role in business development, networking, and building client relationships across the West Staffordshire.
\n
\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years PQE.
\n• A strong background in Trusts and Estates law, including tax planning and trust administration.
\n• Proven experience in growing a private client offering and building a client base.
\n• Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
\n• A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
