Job Title: Private Client Senior Manager

We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Tax Manager to join our client who is a leading London-based legal firm, where you’ll have the freedom to lead, innovate, and make a significant impact—while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
Lead and advise on a wide range of UK and international tax matters, working with entrepreneurial clients, high-net-worth individuals, and corporations.
Develop creative and strategic tax solutions for clients, supporting their business growth and long-term financial success.
Manage all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and structuring, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored tax advice that meets their unique business and personal needs.
Collaborate closely with partners and other senior leaders to develop the firm’s tax strategy and drive business growth.
Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, encouraging a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Stay up-to-date with evolving tax laws and regulations, proactively identifying opportunities for clients and the firm.
ACA/CTA or equivalent tax qualification.
Strong tax advisory experience, ideally with exposure to entrepreneurial businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax laws, with some experience in international tax.
An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven ability to think creatively and strategically about tax solutions.
Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with the needs of clients and the firm, while maintaining work-life harmony.
