This role has the potential to lead to a Partner level role.Job DescriptionManage a portfolio of private clients, ensuring their tax affairs are effectively handled.Lead and mentor a team of tax associates, providing guidance and support.Lead with tax advisory work and ad-hoc projects.Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.Contribute to the growth of the tax department through business development activities.Work closely with other departments to provide integrated services to clients.Prepare and review tax returns and provide advice on tax planning.Manage and resolve complex tax issues.The Successful ApplicantA successful 'Private Client Tax Senior Manager' should have:A professional qualification in tax or a related field (CTA highly desirable).Experience managing a portfolio of private clients.Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.Experience leading and mentoring a team.Excellent communication and client service skills.Strong business development capabilities.What's on OfferA competitive salary in the range of £65,000 - £75,000 per year.The opportunity to work for a highly-regarded professional services firm.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to work in the vibrant city of Guildford.Agile & hybrid working.Enhanced pension.Potential to progress to Partner level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
