We are working with a thriving Legal 500 international practice seeking a talented Associate to join their expanding London office. This is an exciting role that focuses on the delivery of complex UK and international tax and legal advice to internationally mobile individuals, their companies, trustees and family offices. Strong UK tax technical skills is a requirement. The role involves collaborative working with other groups and departments within the Firm and its international offices. The Candidate
Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (3-7 PQE) Experience dealing with private wealth and tax, trusts and international wealth planning Strong knowledge of both onshore and offshore tax and a comprehensive understanding of the law surrounding trusts and asset structuring in the UK and internationally Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is desirable but not a necessity The ability to build good relationships with clients, partners, fee earners and business operations
