A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its market-leading Private Equity team in London. This role offers exposure to a broad range of secondaries transactions, working alongside industry leading lawyers. The new hire will be involved in the full lifecycle of transactions, including drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, deal coordination, client liaison, and cross-border deal execution. The wider Private Equity team is one of the fastest growing in the firm, offering genuine opportunities for progression. Candidates should have 2-5 years' PQE gained in a recognised private equity, M&A or funds practice. Prior experience in secondaries is an advantage but not essential. Strong drafting skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multi-jurisdictional deals are key requirements.
