This top-tier US law firm is looking to recruit a Private Equity M&A lawyer with between 3-5 years' post qualified experience.

The team advises a mix of bulge bracket and mid-market PE firms on complex, often multi-jurisdictional, M&A transactions. They work hard but everyone from the partners to the paralegals get on very well.

You will be given high levels of responsibility and encouragement to build relationships with peers at these clients. The remuneration is at the very top of the market (full Cravath rates + NY bonus structure).
