35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. We have an opening for a first rate corporate lawyer with a focus on private equity. It is essential that the candidate has good experience with equity documents (investment agreements and articles of association) on private equity deals, along with a strong academic background, excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
