Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join a thriving Probate team within the wider Private Client department. You will handle a high-quality and varied caseload, including administering large and complex taxable estates such as farms, landed estates, and those with international aspects; acting for national charities on complex grant applications, including s.116 applications, grants de bonis non, and trust corporation matters; and advising on estates where administration has been delayed or issues have arisen, such as incapacitated executors or disputes between executors. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally with experience from newly qualified up to around five years post-qualification, and have a genuine interest in probate law.
