The successful candidate will specialise in advising individuals on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and related matters. *Responsibilities*

* Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate planning documents to meet clients’ individual needs * Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration processes * Managing probate applications and estate administration procedures efficiently * Negotiating terms of trusts and settlement arrangements with clients and third parties * Providing clear legal guidance on succession planning and asset protection strategies * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded * Keeping abreast of changes in legislation affecting private client matters and advising accordingly * Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies

*Experience*

* Proven experience as a Private Client Practitioner (5+ PQE required) or in a similar role within a reputable legal firm * Strong understanding of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate law, and inheritance tax legislation * Demonstrable negotiation skills essential for managing client expectations and third-party agreements * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
