Probate, Wills and Trusts Solicitor

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their very busy and expanding Private Client / Wills, Trusts & Probate Department.

You will work closely with an experienced Partner who is a full member of STEP, alongside a supportive team of solicitors and dedicated support staff. The role offers a high-quality and varied caseload with genuine scope for development.

The Role:

* Managing your own varied private client caseload

* Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning

* Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney

* Court of Protection work and applications

* Trust work and the administration of estates

* Advising elderly and vulnerable clients and their families

* Handling all related private client matters

The Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE

* Solid experience in Wills, Trusts & Probate matters

* Experience of contentious probate and Court of Protection applications desirable but not essential

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Well organised, IT confident, and able to manage deadlines effectively

* A proactive and collaborative team player
