Product Development Engineer
Responsibilities
Develop and implement processes to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery
Lead product development projects, managing milestones, budgets and handovers
Collaborate with operations, quality, customers and suppliers to solve production issues
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technological development
Qualifications
Relevant mechanical engineering degree
Required Skills
Proficiency in CAD, preferably 3D design tools such as SolidEdge
Project management experience, ideally with MS Project
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Pay range and compensation package
Pension scheme with company contribution matching up to 6%
Quarterly performance-based bonus
