We are partnered with a longstanding engineering business in Cambridgeshire building high-precision laser products. As manufacturing activity continues to scale, they are looking to add a Process Engineer to help improve, stabilise and evolve their production processes.
In this Process Engineer role, you will:
Improve and refine manufacturing processes to reduce variation, rework and scrap
Use data and practical problem-solving to get to the bottom of production issues
Drive sensible cost, yield and efficiency improvements on the shop floor
Support new processes and equipment as they move into production
The ideal Process Engineer will have:
Experience improving manufacturing processes in a precision environment
Comfort working with production data and using it to make decisions
A hands-on engineering mindset with strong root cause instincts
An engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
