This role is for a Process Engineer responsible for optimising manufacturing line performance, driving safety, quality and productivity improvements across the plant. You'll act as the site process expert, identifying losses, delivering sustainable solutions and coaching teams to embed best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead process optimisation across manufacturing lines to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost. Identify process losses using data analysis, implement sustainable improvements and coach teams to embed changes. Train and support colleagues in safe operation of new processes or modifications. Uphold and promote site safety standards internally and with external partners. Apply TPM methodologies in all aspects of the role. Lead projects from planning to completion, managing resources and communicating progress site‑wide. Support people development by upskilling shift leaders and operators in process knowledge. Manage downtime planning and ensure project KPIs are sustained post‑implementation. Analyse process data, identify root causes and maintain stability through proactive interventions.
Profile
The Successful Candidate
Degree‑educated in Engineering with at least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Confident managing multiple priorities, influencing stakeholders and communicating effectively at all levels. Skilled in data collection, analysis and converting insights into sustainable actions. Highly organised, inquisitive, results‑driven and able to lead projects through to completion. Strong team player who builds cross‑functional collaboration and promotes a culture of improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to teach, coach and influence.Job Offer
