Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities • Lead and support improvement projects across a range of manufacturing processes on site • Manage individual projects including cost saving, H&S and business critical workstreams, ensuring realistic timeframes and regular updates • Contribute to wider group projects and support team KPIs • Work alongside operators and area leads to turn improvement suggestions into structured plans and actions • Support production teams with lean tools including 5S, Kaizen, GEMBA and DMAIC • Carry out justification and feasibility studies including ROI calculations, CAPEX submissions and cross-functional review • Support the introduc...
