Process Technician - Progress Your Manufacturing Career Location: Devizes, Wiltshire Salary Package: £33,000 - £36,000 DOE plus bonuses
Are you working in a production role and ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a Process Technician to join their team and play a key role in improving processes, driving efficiency, and supporting manufacturing excellence.
The Role
This is a hands-on, problem-solving role where you'll:
Support production by resolving process and performance issues Investigate root causes of problems and implement corrective actions Apply Lean principles and improvement tools (8D, 5Y, Ishikawa) to drive continuous improvement Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams Implement error-proofing (Poka Yoke) and process control improvementsCandidate Requirements
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Knowledge and practical use of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach Ability to read drawings and understand process specifications Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitudeFormal qualifications (HNC, NVQ, etc.) are desirable but not essential - experience and attitude matter most.
