We are looking for a Procurement Acquisition Integration Lead with excellent experience leading procurement and acquisition teams, whilst creating seamless integrations and synergy between the business and supplier.

You will be responsible for leading activities and taking a strategic approach to procurement while ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with the relevant regulations.

What you’ll be doing as a Procurement Acquisition Integration Lead:

Engaging with team members and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations by hosting meetings, gathering feedback, and documenting requirements. Developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines the strategy, timelines, and budget aligned with overall project timelines. Including governance and reporting structures that include risk assessments and mitigation strategies with appropriate sign off. Lead and motivate cross functional stakeholders to meet integration milestones and deliverables on schedule. Issuing requests for proposals (RFPs) or invitations to bid (ITBs) to potential suppliers with clear requirements and ensuring suppliers understand the evaluation criteria.
