The Procurement and Finance Officer will provide advice and support to deliver a high quality, robust, resilient, responsive and secure customer focused IT Services. They will: Contribute towards asset purchasing and ordering and maintain appropriate documentation, ensuring this is kept up to date Build strong partnering relationships key individuals across Queen May Process invoices, expense claims and interdepartmental transfers, supplier statement reconciliations, raising requisitions and processing through to purchase order. Provide advice and support on budgetary, financial and purchasing matters as required. Liaison with the Finance departments to resolve financial queries Apply specialist knowledge of procurement and finance to provide advice and support to respond to and resolve customer requests/incidents/problems. Deliver to defined Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Create summary reports to be used by lead team and managers to support informed decision making.
