Location: Hybrid / Anywhere Worker / 1 day a week in Chelmsford.

We’re looking for a Procurement Assistant Manager to lead high-value sourcing projects (up to £25m), create innovative category strategies, and manage strategic contracts worth up to £50m. The role

You’ll be at the heart of driving procurement excellence — leading multi-disciplinary teams, shaping market capability, and managing tier 1 and 2 suppliers. From long-term strategy to hands-on negotiation, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate, solve complex challenges, and influence decision-making at the highest level.

* Degree-level education and MCIPS (or working towards)

* Proven experience in strategic category management and contract negotiation
