An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Associate to join a global organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Weybridge. This role offers the chance to develop procurement expertise in a busy, collaborative environment.

About the Role You will support the procurement function in managing end-to-end sourcing processes with third-party vendors. The role involves ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures, working within the SAP system, and supporting category leads with a range of procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and complete P2P sourcing processes in SAP, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines. Assist category leads with procurement activities such as tenders, contract management, and supplier performance. Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers. Support month-end close activities and prepare documentation for internal and external audits. Provide weekly procurement updates and handle ad hoc procurement-related tasks.What We're Looking For
