Procurement Business Partner

We're seeking a talented Procurement Business Partner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking procurement function supporting a diverse portfolio of public sector organisations. This is a highly engaging, field-based role where you'll act as a trusted commercial advisor, working closely with stakeholders across multiple sites to deliver high-quality procurement support, drive efficiencies, and maximise value from third-party spend.

In this role, you'll build strong relationships with operational and procurement teams, providing expert guidance across the full procurement lifecycle. You'll support the delivery of compliant procurement processes, promote effective routes to market, and identify opportunities for collaboration, cost savings, and service improvement. With a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, you'll influence decision-making, support strategic workplans, and help embed best practice, innovation, and social value into procurement activity.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in public sector procurement, including tendering, contract management, and spend analysis. You'll be confident working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A professional procurement qualification (such as CIPS) or equivalent experience is expected, alongside a strong understanding of procurement regulations and a track record of delivering measurable value and savings.
