Procurement Manager - BPO/Outsourcing Services, London

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Procurement Manager in a newly created role within an industry powerhouse.

We are partnering with a leading FTSE 100 global client, recognized for technology innovation and services worldwide. They are at the forefront of developing new technologies.

Due to internal transformation and growth, we seek ambitious, confident, and proactive procurement specialists with experience in outsourced services. You will manage a niche spend area—Contact Centres—where there is significant opportunity to develop the category, build relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and adapt to a changing environment.

This role allows you to showcase your procurement skills, from strategy development to stakeholder engagement. You will proactively identify opportunities and influence to become the go-to procurement expert for this category.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Contact Centre procurement or managing large outsourced Business Services contracts. Confidence to challenge the status quo and strong communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders are essential.

This dynamic team works closely with peers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of software projects. The position is based in West London, requiring presence three days a week.
