Strategic Procurement - Shaping system-wide category strategies, driving collaborative procurement activity.
Operational Procurement - Delivering efficient and compliant sourcing and contracting solutions. managing supplier relation.
Our work directly supports improvements in patient care by ensuring that every pound spent delivers maximum value.
