Job Title: Procurement Manager - Infrastructure\n\nLocation: Birmingham (hybrid - 3 days office/2 days home)\n Contract Type: Temporary\n Day Rate: £500 - £525 per day inside IR 35 via Umbrella \n Contract Term: To 31 March 2026 (plus possible extension)\n Full UK Working Rights \n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will manage complex procurement packages ranging from £5M to £10M, ensuring compliance with UK procurement regulations and delivering value for money outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDeliver operational procurement for designated packages, ensuring alignment with governance and assurance processes.\nDevelop and manage tender documentation, evaluation processes, and contract award activities.\nEnsure compliance with UK and EU procurement legislation and best practice standards.\nProvide commercial advice and support across the organisation, including stakeholder engagement and reporting.\nPromote equality, , and in all procurement activities.\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\nStrong analytical and commercial skills with experience in compiling tender and commercial documents.\nProven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders in complex environments.\nKnowledge of procurement legislation and experience with frameworks and OJ EU processes is .\nExperience in procuring large-scale construction or rail systems projects.\nMembership or progression towards MCI PS or MRI CS is desirable.\nFull UK working rights\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nOpportunity to work on major infrastructure projects with significant impact.\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nProfessional development and career progression.Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
