Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Sea Global Procurement Manager (interim) Location: Greater London (Hybrid 3 days a week) Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading business who have over 200 stores across the UK and are looking to add a Procurement Manager to support their next stage of growth. The role is a newly created position within the business, so they are looking to recruit an experienced procurement professional, ideally who has experience of working in a fast paced environment, where there will be an element of creating policies, managing end-to-end procurement projects, analysing spend data and leading negotiations. As this is a newly created role, the CFO is ideally looking for a hands‑on procurement professional who has end‑to‑end procurement experience and can hit the ground running. Manage end-to-end procurement projects, vendor management, and supplier relationship management Create and implement procurement policy and process, in line with company objectives Analyse spend data, work closely with finance and other internal teams to make improvements and identify areas of savings Oversee procurement risk management and lead on commercial negotiations Lead RFPs, contract negotiation and work closely with suppliers
Experience & Requirements
Ideally will have experience working in a similar end-to-end procurement role Experience within both commercial negotiations and stakeholder management is essential for this role Will have experience working in a complex fast‑paced organisation Needs to be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and feel confident negotiating
